I don't think so. There are no unrecognizable elements here--it's anime heroes playing basketball with a planetary system. If it were "what" they'd would be eating the planets and pooping basketballs while wearing tutus. And maybe longcat would be standing in the background in clown shoes holding a tray full of rocks.

Yeah, not everything that prompts a "WTF" reaction gets the "what" tag.
