    Do the math. She can get to Remi's room in 4 min by running. If the length between the library n Remi's room is half the mansion, then 9 mins by walking is most likely still inside the mansion.

    With Sakuya doing her space manipulation, i'm sure the Scarlet mansion is so big on the inside it has like 4 zip codes.

    Think about it. 4 minutes to get from the library to Remilia's room. Assuming she was running or heck, even flying, thats a damn long distance to travel if we compare the SDM to regular Mansions.
