It's a shame Touhou won't get represented in SSBU, but maybe we can hope for Reimu in SSB6 (if Nintendo ever makes it).

they ain't... how could they? what else can they do? Like really... the legal minefield that this game currently is with everything in it.

It's either one-up this or... never be as good.
