巻雲 ("Cirrus Clouds")
Makigumo is the second Yuugumo-class destroyer in Kantai Collection.
Her most notable traits are her large, rounded glasses, and absurdly long sleeves that go past her wrists and flop loosely. She has pink hair with double bun and twintails. Her clothing consists of standard Yuugumo-class clothes, involving a magenta halterneck dress over a white shirt, blue bowtie, purple or grey pantyhose (depending on the artists) and lace-up boots.
She later gets a second remodel with the winter version of the Kai-Ni-Yuugumo-class uniform: A grey blazer over the standard Yuugumo-class uniform which now has a sheer black underskirt and her pantyhose being reduced to thighhighs in the same seamed style. Distinctly though, her blazer has absurdly long sleeves like in her base form which cover her hands upon damage. However, while undamaged, said sleeves are folded just high up enough to expose her hands, already helped by the fact the sleeves of the dress shirt she wears underneath the blazer now stop halfway up the palms of her hands.
