Clothing through which it's possible to view a portion of the body. Either by design using sheer fabric, clear latex, or other material; or made translucent incidentally due to exposure to water or some other liquid.
Not to be confused with transparent or invisible, which deal with transparencies of picture elements other than clothing.
Nipples prominently outlined underneath fabric should be tagged covered nipples unless the color of the nipple is also visible, in which case both tags should be employed.
