Former lieutenant of USE's military force who was investigating the system's corruption after being falsely accused by Gallerian Marlon. He also is a major member of the Tasan party, the younger brother of Gammon Octo and the lover or Nemesis Sudou. Eventually he found his demise at hands of a regretful Nemesis while researching a series of murders in the Rolled city, which triggered at Gallerian and PN to order a hit on him. This event lead to Nemesis sought revange against the corrupt judge and eventually take leadership over the Tasan party.
