A playable character in Honkai: Star Rail.
Fastidious and kind, she is one of the few doctors from The Underworld where medical resources are scarce. Voiced by Uchiyama Yumi in Japanese.
She is portrayed with long blue hair tied to a low ponytail, red eyes, large breasts, and a mole underneath her mouth. Her default outfit consists of a black leotard with a vial, single black elbow glove on her right, white jacket, black pantyhose, brown belt, and black boots.

In the Underworld where medical resources are few and far between, Natasha is one of the very few doctors whom the people can turn to.
Even the rambunctious Hook would politely greet her... "Hi, Auntie Natasha."
