Tank commander, loader and leader of Team Duck in a Type 89 I-Gou on the Ooarai Girls Academy tankery team. Also the Captain of the Volleyball Club.
Named after Isobe Sata [1], a member of the 1964 Japanese Olympic gold-medal winning team.
Voiced by Kikuchi Mika [2].

Is staking it all on tankery in order to revive the Volleyball Club. For her role as Setter, she practices tosses everyday.

Affiliated with the Ooarai Girls Academy tankery team. Boards the Type 89 I-Gou Kou as the tank commander and loader of Team Duck, i.e. those of the former Volleyball Club. A hot-blooded girl engaging in tankery in order to revive the volleyball club. As a Setter, she practices tosses every day, with her motto being "GUTS !!".
