A sex act in which a girl grinds her bare or covered pussy against her partner's penis without being penetrated.
This is different from imminent vaginal. In imminent vaginal, the penis is angled to penetrate, while in grinding, the pussy is simply rubbed against the penis with no apparent intention to penetrate.
