A bird-like monster girl with wings instead of arms (or at least heavily feathered arms) alongside wings, talons, and bird legs instead of hands or feet. Some may only have feathered body parts.
Harpies are usually based on birds, though some examples are based on dinosaurs or other mythological creatures.
A traditional harpy will instead have the body of a bird but the head of a woman.
