small head

A character with a head that is disproportionately small, whether because of bad proportions or as an intentional artistic choice.

Usually caused by the rest of the body being large (a very common trait for tall characters). But sometimes the head itself can be small on a normal sized body.

Good examples include certain One Piece characters. The yaoi genre is also notorious for characters having exaggerated proportions, with small heads, broad shoulders, and large hands.

As a rule of thumb, the average human is generally 7.5 heads tall (including the head), but an artist might intentionally make a character 8.5 heads tall or taller to give them more heroic proportions.

Almost 6 heads from head to thighs.
