This reminds me of the time I eat in one of the spiciest food store in my town. I ordered a fried noodle with the spiciest "sauce", made out of 150 green peppers, and they just smack them all into one portion of noodle. When my order was being prepared, all the customers in the store were coughing due to the intense sting from the chillies.
Frankly, I've eaten spicier food, but that one is not spicy good. It's just the taste of chili in every bite.
It is always a spectacle watching someone with a weak spice palate tackle something super hot.
I have a hard time with hot pepper spicy things personally. But I'm really good with sour, sweet, and bitter. Things that are spicy because of things that are not pepper related (black pepper aside) i'm perfectly fine with.
