nope, not the Shinano. I have a 1:1200 model of her and she has practically the same hull as the Yamato.
This chibified CV doesn't even look close to her.

I hardly have an eye for actual warships, but it looks to me like the artist did chibify a model of Akagi.

There's really no debate to it. Like njinx said, Akagi had her first kana on the flight deck as an identifier. Hence why the KanColle girls have them on their waists.
