Double actually: your height varies on what time of day you're being measured on.
At the mornings just after you woke up, you're at your tallest because when sleeping the intervertebral discs swells up, and at night you're at your shortest because of all your activities causes the discs to be compressed (plus minus half centimeters). There's also mentions about activities like running and jumping that causes the discs to compress at a faster rate, so even if you did the measurement at the exact time your activity before measurement can make a slight difference.
