It now takes 7 blueprints, an experimental flight deck, and a new item that only has a 1% drop rate, and only if you can complete the last map of the event without taking damage using nothing but aviation battleships and carriers that have no aircraft. There's only so far luck can go when you have basically an entire navy gunning for you, and you alone, and you're a completely disarmed sitting duck thrown out on a silver platter for the enemy to feast upon.
Only a time-limited CG for the event as the others point out but she is indeed Kai Ni in this image. Her rigging especially the boots and the pattern in her flight deck is the one from her Kai Ni.
