Someone please confirm whether my translation attempt is accurate. I think the two kanji are supposed to be 引越, but the multi-dimensionality of the bad angle is making me doubt myself regarding the second one.

I don't remember him being depicted in much detail in this series. Now, the Tawawa manga that centered on him and Maegami-chan, I think I vaguely remember seeing some stubble/beard on his (featurelessly generic) face.

... Uh, you do realize that the last panel pretty much shows that she just met Oniisan on the train, right? That's her home that she was exiting, not Oniisan's.

I was thinking that somewhere along the line Ai-chan was shown to live in a stand alone house. I'll have to go back and look. Not for sure now.

No, you got it right. Context can confirm when kanji are a bit uncertain.
